Rest & Restore. Rest & Restore invites you into a practice of stillness and renewal. This session moves gently with slow breath, restorative movement, and resonant sound that settles the nervous system and opens space for true rest. As the body softens, attention turns inward through the practice of yoga nidra, guiding you toward a place of deep restoration. You will create a felt sense of connection to breath, to earth and to the elements that hold you.
-
This is geared towards people with some experience in meditation or inner work but everyone is open to attend. Everything will be explained before and after the event for integration and care.
We like to think of the sound journey as being in a container...but imagine it's built from sound and vibration. You are in a space where you have the opportunity to more deeply connect with yourself and see what is going on in your inner landscape, dreams and vision. Simply lie down and explore the sound field being created.
It's a journey where you may be inspired, you may meet parts of yourself again or may realise something unexpected from the Great Dreamer. A chance to connect with non ordinary reality and journey like the ancient practices handed down through lineage and culture.
SATURDAY
-
Come Closer is a free-flowing, immersive workshop exploring embodiment, connection, and creative play. Drawing from yoga, meditation, conscious dance, improvisation, and ritual, it invites participants to reconnect with themselves and each other in a safe, playful, and consent-centered space.
The session begins with a gentle, individual warm-up - breath awareness, mindful movement and body awareness and self-touch practices - to help participants settle into their bodies and regulate their nervous systems. Gradually, the group moves into relational exercises: eye contact, movement games, and optional touch, always framed by clear boundaries and explicit consent.
Participants are invited to participate in a wish-making ritual. This allows everyone to reflect on what they would like to experience and translate these wishes into co-created mini-practices in small groups, blending improvisation, movement, creative expression, and sensitive and consensual touch, again with clear boundaries and explicit consent. The emphasis is on exploration, curiosity, and connection rather than performance.
The workshop concludes with collective reflection, grounding breathwork, and a moment of gratitude for the shared experience. Come Closer is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike and offers a space to play, move, and connect deeply with oneself and others in the festival’s vibrant, embodied community.
-
Art psychotherapist Lydia Burnell joins forces with artist and vocalist Amy Montgomery to lead you on a deep dive into creative courage and embodied artistic expression. This workshop is designed to take you out of your mind and into your body in order to facilitate communication with your unconscious and the treasure-trove of wisdom that awaits you there. Weaving movement with voice, breath and colour, Lydia and Amy aim to awaken and ignite within participants both the spirit of play and a sense of empowerment, drawing upon the combination of their rich and varied creative and therapeutic backgrounds. Expect an intimate personal journey of communion with both your inner artist and inner alchemist, held within a safe, friendly and inclusive community container that is open to all levels of experience with all materials supplied. Lydia and Amy are friends who share the foundational belief in the power of making art to heal your heart. The opposite of depression is authentic expression - come and sing your art out with us.
-
This session invites participants into the living space between birth and death, not as ideas, but as active forces shaping how we breathe, move, choose, and live. Through guided enquiry and process work, we explore how our first arrival into the body still echoes in the present moment and how reclaiming that arrival opens the door to a fuller, freer experience of life.
Birth and death are met here as mirror movements, continuously present: entering, expanding, pausing, releasing. When these movements are welcomed rather than resisted, vitality and aliveness returns. Life is met with more courage and less holding back.
The full 1h Breathwork session is guided through SOURCE Process and Breathwork, a rebirthing lineage known for being the gentlest and safest branch of breathwork. The practice invites deep presence rather than effort, allowing early imprints around safety, entry, and exit, creation and change, to soften and reorganise.
Live handpan music flows alongside the breath as a warm, grounding support, holding rhythm and space without taking over. This is not a performance, but an invitation to breathe, share, explore, and listen from inside the body.
Participants are encouraged to meet their own edges with curiosity, respect, and a sense of adventure.
-
Unlock the "Medicine of the Heart" in a sacred Cacao Circle. Under the guidance of Yaneli Meztli, we honor the spirit of Cacao as a catalyst for emotional release and inner clarity.
As we drink our organic ceremonial cacao, the duo Xiuh (Yaneli and Tekpatl) will lead a transformative journey with their Medicine Music. Using voice and traditional instruments to guide your experience, they create a space for healing, creative inspiration, and community. This ceremony offers a deep immersion into the living traditions of Mexico. -
Soulscape is a transpersonal depth meditation enquiry and sound journey to guide you inward to hear the whispers of your souls calling. You will be exquisitely held in deep resonant sounds to restore balance and heal deep within your cellular matrix.
SUNDAY
-
In this 2 hour massage workshop you will explore your relationship with touch, your own body, communication and connection with others along with new massage techniques that bring holistic nourishment to the body, mind & soul.
You will learn simple and effective massage skills.
Most of the time we think of touch only in sexual contexts, however this is not the only time we should be experiencing touch. Touch is essential to regulate the nervous system and calm and restore the body and mind. Intimate touch can be safely explored in the context of this workshop as we will firstly explore boundaries, communication and consent.
Suitable for both couples AND individuals. Beginners are absolutely welcome.
-
What is sacred sexuality and how does it differ to most people's experiences of sex, sexuality and intimacy?
We come from a culture where sexuality has been deeply shamed, the shadows still linger from generations believing they were "sinners" for experiencing Eros (life force energy), pleasure and sex. The undercurrent of these outdated beliefs resonate through many peoples experiences as well as there being a general lack of information about how to honour ourselves, others and our sexuality.
In this exploratory talk Sinéad will present some foundational concepts of Sacred Sexuality along with some practical suggestions of how to deepen your connection to the sacred beyond this talk.
This workshop is open to everyone regardless of age, gender or orientation.
-
A journey into your own well of wisdom, join Sionnáin for a ceremony of song, sound & connection to the well & wise ancestors of blood, bone & beyond woven with the waters & songs of the wells of Ériu (Ireland).
-
A nourishing Yin Yoga class to root into the body and soften into stillness. Gentle, floor-based poses support deep release and calm the nervous system.
-
Teaċ na Tae is DraíOcht’s unique expression of a tea ceremony, inspired by the tea-drinking cultures of Taiwan, South China, and Japan, and rooted deeply in their own circles, herbs, and local community.
DraíOcht creates a space to pause — to truly take a moment, and to take a cup. Through this gathering, participants are invited to see, listen, touch, smell, and taste more deeply, engaging all the senses in quiet presence. Each person holds their own cup while also holding the shared circle, cultivating both personal reflection and collective connection.
Seasonal and locally gathered herbs are selected with care and intention, honouring the land and the time of year. Water drawn from the spring beneath Ben Bulben carries the essence of place into every brew.
With harmonic sounds from the Handpan and Hang instruments in the air as people gather in circle, DraíOcht prepares and fills your cup.

REWILDING is a unique wellness experience designed to restore our inner ecosystems and enhance the quality of our lives. Its practices include PRIMAL Breathwork, PRIMAL Movement, and Body-Decoding, all enhanced with Silent Disco Headset Technology and a LIVE DJ performance by CHACHØU.
REWILDING was co-founded by Peter, also known as The Mindset Explorer, and Charlotte (CHACHØU).
What makes REWILDING unique is Peter’s work as The Mindset Explorer, where he blends the latest in neuroscience with advanced somatic therapy to create trauma-informed pathways for healing chronic pain symptoms, emotional trauma, and chronic stress to name a few.
This work promotes self-discovery by rewiring the nervous system on a deep and holistic level, and is beautifully curated with enriched, emotionally loaded electronic music performed by CHACHØU.
Their mission is to help people remember who they are beneath the layers of pain, fear, and programming. Through breath, movement, and radical self-inquiry, they support others to regulate their nervous systems, release stored emotion, and rewire the subconscious patterns keeping them stuck.
Our core values? Inner truth (because perception shapes reality and we all have our own version of it), and of course, embodiment, safety, curiosity, and empowerment. Holding space for people to meet themselves fully and explore the deeper patterns shaping their lives is an incredible honour for us.
Each REWILDING experience is soulful and real, designed to shift perception, unlock the body’s innate intelligence, and reconnect people with the wild, unfiltered essence of who they truly are. So expect deep release, beautiful truth, and a journey back to the wisdom that was always within.

The DraíOcht Drumming Circle is a journey into rhythm — a shared exploration of sound, presence, and connection. Rooted in the belief that everyone has their own unique rhythm, this gathering invites people of all abilities to step into the circle and discover the beat that lives within them.
Guided by DraíOcht’s gentle yet powerful facilitation, the drum becomes both a personal instrument and a communal heartbeat. The rhythm can be playful, light, and energising, or it can deepen into something more meditative and grounding — shaped organically by the group and the energy present in the space.
It is rooted from the Drumming Workshop holding of Ruach Rhythms by Debbie Beirne, with facilitation methodologies coming from Dr.Jane Bentley of the UK Play Shop / Village Music Circles.
From the circle of the Drums to the shared circle of people pulsing together, the individual expression blends into collective vibration, creating moments of harmony, spontaneity, and release. No experience is needed — only a willingness to listen, to play, and to be part of the one circle in rhythm.
Rhythm is life and life is rhythm... DraíOcht welcomes you to trust and play with your own!

I am inviting you to an embodied, sensory exploration in nature where we move out of interpretation and into direct experience. This session opens the senses wide: 360-degree perception, felt sense, movement, touch, and breath as ways of listening beyond words.
Participants are guided to connect and communicate with natural elements such as stones, trees, ground, wind, and water. Not symbolically, but through energy flow, sensation, and resonance in the body. What shifts when attention rests fully in the feet, the skin, the peripheral field? What kind of natural worlds are ready to open and have a conversation with you?
The session encourages play, curiosity, and subtle attunement, allowing nature to be experienced as an active, supportive presence rather than scenery. Boundaries soften, judgement drops, and the body remembers how to belong.
This is grounding, regulating work, infused with lightness and wonder. No experience required. Just a willingness to feel, listen, and be surprised.

"Le Chéile ag an gCrosbhóthar" was founded in 2023 by Róisín Lyons to capture the spirit of community, tradition, and cultural revival. It reflects the essence of gathering, Irish storytelling, dance, and music—just as our ancestors once did at the crossroads of Ireland.
This initiative brings people together through Irish dance, Céilí, and holistic movement, creating a space of joy, connection, and well-being. By blending ancient Irish traditions with modern movement practices, it honours the past while embracing the future, inviting both natives and non-natives to experience the magic of Ireland’s cultural heritage in a meaningful and inclusive way.
Róisín will teach and facilitate an authentic Irish Céilí celebration, following in the footsteps of the Máistir Rince (Dance Master) of 18th-century Ireland. This is a chance to reconnect with our ancestors, revive long-lost traditions, and share the joy of Irish dance with those who have yet to experience it. The workshop encourages self-expression, reconnection, and healing while promoting the revival of crossroads dancing, well-being, and the enduring importance of Irish cultural heritage.
-
A beginner-friendly Contact Improvisation workshop exploring weight, touch, balance, and spontaneous movement through embodied listening, connection and play.
The first hour will be in a workshop format, followed by an dance. Participants are encouraged to check in with their own boundaries and have awareness of others in the space as we create a beautiful container together.
-
Let us journey into a living, imaginative inner landscape where the divine feminine awaits as guide and companion. This playful and empowering workshop invites participants to explore goddess archetypes through movement, imagination, and embodied reflection. Gentle, joyful movement using posture, breath, sound, and curiosity awakens archetypal energies in the body.
Storytelling then carries us deeper: a spoken Celtic goddess tale offers a shared moment of myth, opening space for reflection and insight. The session softens into a guided meditation accompanied by gentle sound healing instruments, inviting each participant to meet a goddess archetype as their own inner guide, with a personal message to carry forward.
We close with a grounding return to the group, helping everyone land gently, feel resourced, and integrate the experience. Held in a calm, trauma-aware, and inclusive container, this workshop is accessible to all genders and suitable for beginners as well as those with existing spiritual or creative practice. No prior experience is required, only openness to imagination, presence, and discovery.

Moving either from seated or standing we begin to flow while warming up and becoming aware of our spine. Our practice will involve every part of us-all the while making the movement our own to suit or bodies' needs and abilities. Modifications and variations will be shown with a focus on inclusivity. A beginner-friendly creative workshop combining painting, symbolism, and embroidery.
Participants begin by anonymously contributing a single word to a shared collection — a word connected to affirmation, calm, emotion, or intention (for example: “breathe”, “trust”, “hope”, “softness”). Each person will then intuitively select a new word from the collective offering, receiving a message that may resonate with what they need in that moment.
Using that word as inspiration, participants will create a simple painted background inspired by nature, the festival environment, or their inner landscape. The chosen word will then be embroidered into the artwork using simple stitching techniques.
This workshop is focused on presence, creativity, reflection, and playful self-expression rather than technical perfection. No previous experience with painting or embroidery is needed.
Participants will leave with a personal artwork carrying intention, texture, colour, and meaning. -
Facilitated in Irish with English translation.
Discover the magic of building the universe's geometric code using jelly tots, marshmallows and cocktail sticks. We'll reconnect with our inner kids through sacred geometry. In this transformational workshop, Sarah Quinn guides women through the journey from harsh inner critic to compassionate inner coach. Drawing from her own experience overcoming years of self-criticism and body image struggles, Sarah creates a safe space where women recognize they’re not alone in their struggle with negative self-talk.
Using her AREA framework (Awareness, Reflection, Evidence, Affirmation), participants engage in hands-on exercises that help them identify their inner critic’s patterns, understand where these voices originated, and practice concrete tools to transform criticism into self-compassion.
The session blends Sarah’s personal story with interactive activities designed to create real shifts. Women don’t just learn about the inner critic—they actively work with their own patterns in real-time, leaving with personalized practices they can use immediately.
Suitable for all women, regardless of experience level. Participants leave with practical tools, renewed self-compassion, and the understanding that their inner voice can become their greatest ally. -
The current dating climate can be challenging to navigate or enter.
This talk by Sinéad from Conscious Singles Ireland will provide you with tools and tips to avoid dating burnout/fatigue, experience hope in dating again, understand some of the foundations of dating intentionally and hopefully inspire you to "put yourself out there" both in person and online.
Dating can be both fun and a growth focused experience, why not enjoy the journey?!
SUNDAY
-
In this session, there’s space to shake, make funny faces, release tension, and move energy — without pressure to be quiet, perfect, or still.
The practice blends strength, stretch, somatic movement, and a touch of cardio in a little wild but doable way. Some moments are slow and grounding, others more dynamic and playful.
We’ll also explore smaller, often forgotten areas of the body — like the feet, hands, face, and eyes — to support connection and awareness in a gentle, accessible way.
This session often surprises people. Active bodies discover something new. Flexible bodies often feel safer. Curious bodies tend to leave feeling more grounded, supported, and quietly strong.
Come as you are. You don’t need to be calm, flexible, or experienced — just open to moving, exploring, and having a bit of fun.
-
None of us get through relationships without occasional cuts and bruises.
However much we care, and however consciously we try to communicate, we sometimes react to things people say or do.
There’s probably at least one person in your life who pushes your buttons, either someone you love (children, partner, parents), or someone you have to continually relate to (eg a boss or colleague).
You know the advice to put your own oxygen mask on before attending to others? At these moments we often don’t have the capacity to show up the way we’d like. What we need first is self-connection, and tools to regulate the nervous system.
Drawing on principles from Nonviolent Communication, this experiential workshop provides space to connect with what matters to you, and gain insight into why certain behaviours affect you so strongly. This can help create enough internal space to respond with clarity and care.
Bring a real-life situation to explore, and we’ll work in small groups.
This workshop isn’t a cure for terminally-ill relationships - the healthy option may be to walk away. The workshop is trauma-informed, but it’s not a substitute for therapy. Participants are advised to bring everyday relational challenges rather than traumatic experiences.
-
Sarah Possié RM will deliver an interactive, high-energy workshop titled “Let’s Talk About Sex, Baby!” — a fun, myth-busting session designed to make conversations about sex, consent and sexual health normal, accessible and shame-free. Blending humour with clinical expertise, the session uses crowd games, storytelling and a playful “Chinese Whispers” exercise to unpack common sex myths, clarify what consent actually means, and explore how to look after yourself and others in festival settings.
With over 16 years of experience in reproductive and sexual healthcare, Sarah brings real-world clinical knowledge into a lively, inclusive environment. The workshop covers practical topics such as safer sex, STI awareness, condom use and the importance of clear communication — delivered without judgement or moralising. Free condoms and lube are distributed as part of a harm-reduction approach that meets people where they are.
Her contribution supports festival wellbeing by encouraging confident consent, informed decision-making and peer accountability — particularly relevant in environments where alcohol and intimacy often intersect. The tone is fast-paced, humorous and engaging, while remaining grounded in respect, inclusivity and safety.
Participants leave laughing, better informed, and equipped with both practical tools and greater confidence around sexual health. -
A new work of sacred ritual drama that blends live storytelling, original music, and guided reflective moments into an immersive journey from the oceanic womb at the beginning of time to follow the ancient goddess traditions through folklore, ritual and myth to remember our connection to the living Earth and the power of creation within all of us. More of a ceremony than a performance, in the water we meet Boánn river goddess of Ireland as the maiden, in the fire: Cerridwen, cauldron keeper and Awen maker of Wales, and in the air, the Cailleach: mountain carver and crone goddess of Scotland. But what of the goddess of the Earth? Where is she and how can we start to listen to her voice?

Jenny's love of the Irish language has led her to offer mantras in the Irish language in recent years as well as the traditional Sanskrit and some medicine heartsongs. Come along to sing your heart out!
